      Speakers -  6th November 2007  }

Mr David Morgan has been a private economist for over two decades.  His background in engineering with an advanced degree in Economics/Finance gives a unique perspective to the financial markets.

He applies the discipline of logic to verify the basics of economic law.  Mr. Morgan has been published in Barron's, The Wall Street Journal, Futures Magazine, The Herald Tribune, Gold Newsletter, Resource Consultants and countless other publications.

Mr. Morgan does a weekly Mining Industry Review for the Free Market News Network.  This program focuses on the Mining Industry and Precious Metals.  Additionally, Mr. Morgan hosts "The Morgan Report" weekly radio metals wrap-up for the Financial Sense News hour.  Mr Morgan was published in the "Global Investor" regarding ten rules of silver investing and he is the author of  "Get the Skinny on Silver Investing".

Mr Morgan's speaking engagements have taken him all over the world and starting in 2006, he has focused more on fund managers and institutions and less on the retail sector now that he can offer a product to the institutions that is precious metals based.

Mr Morgan's consultant work involves everything from financing to investor relations proper.

The subtitle for his Silver-Investor.com website is "for the serious precious metals investor" and this summarizes the fact that almost every 'junior' miner selected has eventually moved from the over-the-counter market to at least an AMEX listing.

Mr David Bensimon graduated with multiple awards and top of his class in a five-year business program at University of British Columbia, specialising in finance.  He has nearly two decades of experience trading on an interbank, exchange-floor, and proprietary basis across foreign exchange, interest rate, equity, and commodity markets.  His institutional career at top-tier global investment banks such as Citibank, HSBC, Deutsche Bank and CNCA in North America and Europe included positions as Chief Dealer, Head of Trading, and Chief of Staff.

For the past decade Mr. Bensimon has run his own consulting business, Polar Pacific Pty Ltd, an advisory firm licensed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.  The company publishes a variety of periodic and special analytical reports with an exceptional track-record in forecasting precision, as well as the award-winning book, Polar Perspectives  --  which recently won the GOLD MEDAL as 'Best Book in the field of Finance/Investment/Economics' at the 2007 Independent Publisher Awards in New York.
Mr Bensimon's presentations include private seminars for  investment banks (trading/sales/research), private banks (high net-worth clients), and brokers (institutional clients), as well as public speaking engagements at industry conferences, technical analysis associations, and chambers of commerce.

At the London 'Silver Investment Summit', Mr. Bensimon will highlight the powerful fundamental and technical elements on a deep historical basis which point to Silver as an exceptional investment opportunity for 2008-2014, substantially out-performing even Gold and other Commodities that will also enjoy a strong bull run in this period.
