Oliver Frank has been an independent research
analyst in the mining sector since 1994. He is one
of the youngest German investment pioneers in the
commodity sector, especially in precious metals such as
gold & silver since the mid 90's.
In 1996 he wrote the first German book about North
American mining stocks and commented on over 100
different companies, mainly from Canada & USA.
In the last 12 years, Mr Frank has built up a large
investment community in Germany and a large network of
resource-related business individuals in Europe, North
America & Australia for commodity investments,
especially silver.
